Stuart specializes exclusively in developing Risk Management and Insurance Programs for mid to large employers. He is the leader of the Risk Management Division’s large account unit. He has created a unique workers’ compensation process called the S.A.F.E. Culture System which acts as the blueprint to help businesses create a culture of safety and gain control of workers compensation costs. Stuart is also an expert in crafting enterprise risk management plans and directing the systematic deployment of firm resources on a proactive basis. Stuart has been a risk management advisor with TrueNorth since 2005 and is a member of TrueNorth's ownership group.
