Matt is a Talent Coordinator for Central Valley Ag Cooperative. Matt’s professional background did not begin in problem solving at the corporate level, but rather on the streets of Lincoln Nebraska as a police officer. A successful and distinguished 10 plus year tenure in law enforcement spanned roles from patrol, to training, to investigations. Matt brought his passion for innovative solutions, bridging barriers, and helping people into the world of agriculture and has relished in the opportunity to give back to the industry that provides for us all.
