Aaron began his insurance career at age 17 working for an insurance agency in Anderson, Indiana. Upon graduating from college, Aaron relocated to Iowa to pursue an opportunity in commercial insurance. While working for this firm, Aaron, like many others, experienced the catastrophic flood of 2008, and soon found his passion for construction working alongside contractors and their businesses as they sought to rebuild what was lost. Aaron admires the construction industry and holds a deep respect for the people, their employees and the work they perform. Through Construction Specialty Group, Aaron works to bring an industry-specific value to his clients, their insurance, and their risk management programs.
