The course will examine current cargo theft trends across the united states and discuss historical and current data to identify specific commodities being targeted and methods being used ranging from identity theft to straight theft.  Attendees will learn the evolution of the theft methods and how to identify red flags and indicators associated with these methods as well as techniques and resources that can be used to prevent theft from happening.
