Melissa White of Balanced Fitness & Health shares her experience developing and collaborating on policies, programs and practices that work for companies of all sizes. From new hire procedures to return-to-work accomodations, she'll provide examples of how proactive occupational/physical therapy programs and interventions can make a huge difference in decreases OSHA recordables and insurance costs, and most importantly, in improving employee wellbeing.
